Please read the below information before purchasing your ticket(s). We have a dedicated Ticketmaster Accessible Ticketing Team if you wish to book over the telephone as opposed to online. You can contact them on 0800 988 4440. The opening hours are 9am – 6pm Monday – Friday and 10.30am – 3.30pm on a Saturday.

Personal Assistant (PA) Ticket Scheme

1. Simply purchase your own GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET online via Ticketmaster or on the phone [0800 988 4440]. Do not purchase a ticket for your Personal Assistant as this is applied for separately.
2. Complete Access booking form and Please ensure you attach your supporting documents which are listed on the form
3. If approved you will collect your companion ticket on the day of the show.

**Please do not book a ticket for your PA as this will not be refunded if you are approved for a free ticket.
